Taking a 30 day challenge

Starting off walking 5miles a day for 7 days. Then jogging 5miles for 7 days with 25 crunches a night for 7 days.
Last two weeks running 5miles per day with the increase of 5 extra crunches per day. Who will take this journey with me!

Eating right will help also. This is the best way to flatten your tummy. Lets go beauties and gents. Its Crunch time
